VESELĪBAI NO SIRDS IDEA

We practice patient-centered physiotherapy aimed at fostering a deeper familiarity with, understanding of, and connection to one’s own body—cultivating body awareness not only during sessions with the physiotherapist but also independently, as individuals incorporate these practices into their daily lives. We analyze the interrelationships between the musculoskeletal, nervous, respiratory, and organ systems, and examine their impact on overall health and the body as a unified whole.

We strive to help each person find the best ways to integrate physical activity and the joy of movement into their daily routine. Ultimately, it matters little which way around you phrase it—"a healthy mind in a healthy body" or "a healthy body houses a healthy mind"—what is certain is that the body and one’s inner thoughts, emotions, and experiences mutually influence one another; they are deeply interconnected and form a single, unified whole.

Self-awareness / body-mind awareness / self-love
